These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.meetstamp.com and all related products, newsletters and services operated by Munie Ltd (“Meetstamp”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Our Service

Meetstamp provides a public directory of events and organisers, feedback tools, and analytical insights. We do not host or sell tickets; all external event links lead to third-party providers.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the site only for lawful purposes.
• Do not upload, post or transmit unlawful, defamatory or misleading material.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, damage, or access the site or data without authorisation.
• Do not scrape or reuse Meetstamp data except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

4. Accounts and organiser profiles

Organisers may claim profiles by verifying ownership. Information must be accurate and current. We may revoke or suspend a claimed profile at our discretion. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.

5. Reviews and user content

Users may submit ratings, comments or other material (“User Content”). By submitting User Content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display and distribute that content to operate and promote the Service. You remain responsible for your content and must ensure it is lawful and does not infringe others’ rights. We may moderate or remove content at any time.

6. Public event data

Meetstamp republishes event data obtained from publicly available sources such as Eventbrite, Luma and Meetup. This data is provided for informational purposes only. If you are an organiser and wish to amend or remove information, contact support@meetstamp.com.

7. Paid features and billing

Certain premium features or sponsorships require payment. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd or another authorised provider. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the site, design, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to Munie Ltd. You may view and print pages for personal use only. No content may be reproduced or exploited commercially without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

• Event information and reviews are provided for general information only; we do not verify their accuracy.
• We make no representations or warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Use of third-party links is at your own risk; we are not responsible for external sites.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
